Recruiting International Talent: We have conducted searches on an international scope helping clients find the best people available, wherever they reside, or identify talented individuals who can relocate from abroad.

New Market Entry: We have consulted with clients to develop profit centers internationally, whether through identifying targets for merger, acquisition, or the creation of strategic partnerships, or through the opening of new offices. In this way, we have helped international clients come to the U.S. and U.S. clients establish themselves abroad.

Aravati Global Search Network: Beginning in the early 1990s, we developed strategic recruitment partners internationally to better service clients who were looking to find talent or expand their business on a global level. In this ever-increasingly global world, demand for this service has matured those relationships and, in 2000, we helped found Aravati.

Periscope Ltd.: In the Fall of 2007, we established a strategic partnership with Periscope Ltd. of London. Periscope, currently celebrating 10 years at the heart of the UK branding community, is a boutique talent sourcing agency working within the branding, design, advertising and digital world. We're both specialist, established, independent agencies with shared levels of industry knowledge, values and professionalism. The partnership with Persicope deepens RGA's existing reach into the crucial UK market.
